* 1 c. Pace® Picante Sauce
* 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
* 2 Tbsp. honey
* 2 Tbsp. orange juice
* 1 tsp. soy sauce
* 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
* 3 c. (1/3 of a 16-oz. pkg.) fettuccine, cooked and drained
* 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
* mixed salad greens
* chopped red pepper
* chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1. Heat the picante sauce, peanut butter, honey, orange juice, soy sauce and ginger in a 10-in. skillet over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
2. Add the fettuccine and chicken to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve the chicken mixture over the salad greens. Garnish with the red pepper and cilantro.
